Newton uses an AI voice agent to gather honest, independent perspectives, identify themes, and produce aggregated, anonymised analysis to inform decisions within the commissioning organisation. Your data will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
You are not required to provide your name or any identifying information. Where you refer to yourself or others in an identifying way, Newton will take reasonable steps to anonymise that information before reporting.
You are under no obligation to share special category data (e.g. health, ethnicity, religious beliefs). If you choose to, your consent is inferred from your decision to participate.
This conversation is powered by ElevenLabs, using their EU data residency workspace. Your voice data and transcripts are stored and processed within the EEA. ElevenLabs acts as a sub-processor under a data processing agreement with Newton. Conversation data is never shared with the Client in raw or individually identifiable form.
Raw voice recordings and transcripts will be securely deleted following the conclusion of the programme. Aggregated, anonymised analysis may be retained for longer as it does not constitute personal data in law.
